Description

Complete spouted pottery jar but spout broken. grey ware, smoothed. Everted rim. Neck decorated at top and bottom with 2 incised annular lines each. Strap handle opposite handle decorated with herring bone incised lines and midline. Shoulder at base of neck decorated with incised band of 6 large triangles each containing 2 small triangles.

Body decorated on each side with panel of 4 horizontal and parallel zigzag lines bordered on each side by 3 incised vertical lines. Decoration is above greatest diameter.

Base uneven and irregular.
