Description

The head is a flat brass cap with a scalloped ridge around the top. Three plaited rings of plant cuticle (dark, light, dark) surround the upper part of the shaft, above a spiral binding of the same material (light-coloured), which is followed by two more plaited rings (dark, light). The butt is inserted in a conical iron ferrule.
