Description | Two terracotta plates as souvenir of Miyaki Odori, dancing festival in Kyoto. Gold decoration and "Rei-ki-yo-do" on plate. Rei-ki-yo-do means perhaps "made of the remain from which dishes used for Shinto were made." Back side marked, "Miyako Odori: Kaburenjo." Stored in wooden box, marked "Miyako Odori; Souvenir." |
