Description

Cf. 29-89-282. Simple type of foreshaft and mounting: for general form cf. Parkinson, fig. 61, first spear on left. This, like 29-89-282, has lashing over the Parinarium gum hafting above the cupped haft. Traces of coloured decoration remain. With 29-89-282 to 29-89-284 compare the spears P 3442 - P 3454.
