Description

Slender cylindrical shaft, narrow lanceolate blade. Butt end of shaft pointed, with carved bands of triangles and notches. band of incised decoration at top, near blade. Both here and at butt a contrast between parts of carving colored dark brown and those left light. Blade light colored, with decorations in black. From bottom: pair of circles with radiating lines, repeated "W's" with dots in between, row of triangles, two large areas of concentric ellipses, black tip. Reverse: mostly black, but with black and red design of repeated (positive and negative) lozenges and one white zig-zag line. Central ridge about one fifth of way up from bottom this side.
