Description | A wooden board painted white on both sides. Both ends of the board are forked with a larger separation between the forks at one end. There are pairs of notches on both the top and bottom of the board at both ends. The upper edge has two perforations with a short string inserted. Two sets of two feathers are hung from strings inserted through perforations along the lower edge of the board. |
