Description

Zuni Polychrome bowl, curved sides, rounded bottom. Outside decoration consists of diagonal lines of solid triangles next to a solid line of red, larger solid black triangles and smaller solid red triangles complete the design. Open background with red base. The decoration on the interior starts with a panel under the rim of opposed barbed lines. This panel is separated from the center of the bowl by a wide line. The center of the bowl is decorated with two pairs of red volutes encircling a concentric square surrounded by volutes, repeating chevrons with floral elements.
