Description | Handmade, solid, face molded (mold 10), local Kourion fabric. "Horse (type 48) and rider (mitra B, central band short, two studs); painted details on white ground." Traces of red and yellow painted details on horse and erect, frontally posed rider; eyebrows, lids, and irises picked up in black. Female face mold. Clumsy proportions. Mssing: horse's head, right fore-leg, part of right fore-leg, tail; rider's left arm and foot. |
