Description | Hollowed length og log, with high relief figures doen front: male figure, hands on thighs, at top, two spread-eagled female figures crosswise below. Pigments mostly worn off, but appear to have formed red and black (and white and yellow?) stripes on arms and legs of figures and on carved scallops along sides. Hollow back colored red. Said by Mrs. Marlowe to be a corner post from the same house in Aurimbet village as 83-33-4. |
