Description | Puppet of same type as 85-1-22. White face, small European features, shallowly carved. Hair black with dark red painted over, striped bands of hide glued on. Forearms and hands hide, painted orange, fingers curled up. Wads of faded blue green cloth wound around ends of sticks operating arms. Black tunic with serpentine gold band down right front. Batik skirt; brown and cream diagonal patterned bands. |
