Flat base, angular body; neck broken; two lugs on upper body. Painted. With a face on the neck.

Face-neck vessel. Narrow-necked jar/bottle with an squat-globular body, cylindrical neck, missing rim, 2 lug handles on the body, and a flat base. The vessel has a modeled face on the neck with ears, eyes, and nose. The vessel is painted with vertical stripes in red, black, and white running down the upper half of the body. The features of the effigy face are also painted in red, white, and black. The vessel was likely fired in an oxidizing atmosphere as the ceramic paste is orange in color.
