Description | Sommerville: Sard. Intaglio. An Equilibrist managing Three Bulls. Etruscan Seals, Scarabei, Intaglios, and Rings, Case FF. Vermeule: Sard. Intaglio. (Unmounted). Man seated to right on a rock from which sprouts branches. He is holding an uncertain object in his hands. Sommerville suggests he is a juggler managing three balls. Neo-Classic; imitating the Etruscan or Italic Etruscan globula style. |
