Description | Pottery; intact; fabric like MS1255, but completely covered with cream slip, even inside of foot; handmade, but rim and foot finished on wheel; upper surface of lip grooved. Edge of lip painted transverse lines; following grooves on flat part of upper surface are painted lines, on concave upper surface narrow zone of chevrons and between this circle and a disc over the foot, transverse stripes. About the foot, horizontal lines. |
