Description | Cylindrical basket with an inverted bottom. Decorated with two bands of false embroidery in diagonal parallelograms, likely a variation of the "leaves of fireweed" pattern in light brown. Two cloth handles are attached at the rim on opposite sides. Previously folded. Technical notes: twined, close twined, two strand. 13 warps and 15 rows per square inch. Cut top edge. |
