Description | Long iron blade with wooden handle; blade is narrow just above the handle, then quickly widens; blade then tapers to a sharp point; edges of blade are serated for a few centimeters above the handle; wooden handle is wide at end opposite the blade, is narrow in the middle, then widens where it is closest to the blade; copper is wrapped around part of handle closest to blade; a ridge runs down the center of each face of the blade; two othe ridges on each face which follow the contour of the blade edges and are symmetric around the central ridge. |
