Description | Impressed egg pattern around rim. On neck, A and B, elaborate grape vine. On body three zones of decoration: top, A and B, closely set reeding; middle, undulating vine pattern; below, closely set reeding. Around sloping edge of foot, egg-and-dart. Double handles of the Herakles knot variety. Each of the two coils of each handle terminates above in an identical, frontal relief head, perhaps female. Tongue pattern around the lower part and base of each handle. |
