Description | A spool with a loosely woven body with a slight hour glass shape. The neck tightens up in both weave and dimension and spreads dimensionally to the lip. The closed end is rounded over and the spool stands on the lip. The closed end is finished off by a small piece of bamboo shaped with a hole in the center which is tied down to the basket with bamboo. This is used for spinning thread. |
