Description | Ivory; wheel or rosette and horses hooves. Muscarella Publication: "Fragment with a six-spoked wheel and chariot-box buckle followed by a horse, of which only the lower legs are extant, left. Right and lower edges are intact, the latter showing the top part of a guilloche that, along with the horse, was completed on a separate plaque; a dowel hole exists behind the wheel. The reverse is irregularly scored." |
