Description

Point or arrowhead. Elongated triangular-shaped. Slightly concave base forming barbs. Retouched on both sides. Tip and one barb missing. Gray stone. This is one of more than forty bifacially retouched arrowheads with concave bases in the collection. This form of arrowhead occurs in sites from the Jomon to Yayoi Period. They can be found throughout Japan.
