Description | Shape: Conical cup or bowl with slightly convex profile, with small foot. Fabric: Fine, pink (7.5YR 8/4) clay with pink (7.5YR 8/4) to reddish yellow (7/5YR 7/8) slip and decoration in red (2.5YR 5/8) to black paint. Decoration: Interior painted. Band at rim; ripple pattern (tortoise shell ripple) on exterior. Resting surface slipped but unpainted. Condition: Intact. Surface very eroded. |
