Description | Two fragments found separately and subsequently glued together. Reddish-brown, fine-grained rock. Broken, midsection remains (with two or original edges). Ground on one surface only. Dark, fine-grained rock with concoidal fracture (chert or volcanic origin). Asymmetrical, with base perpendicular to longitudinal axis. Both edges appear straight, distal edge has finer retouch. Both surfaces flaked. Broken perpendicular to longitudinal axis near base so probably less than half remains. Dark, fine-grained rock with concoidal fracture (chert or volcanic origin).
