Description | Black clay (do not wash). Face and outer clothing polished; otherwise, textile surface. May represent missionary. Head shaved, with fillet tied on; pierced eyeballs and nostrils; large cylindrical ear pendants; wears long cloak with small cape over narrow skirt(?). Carries wooden staff in right hand; left hand not shown. Smaller wooden staff through bottom of right side of cloak (does this really belong to the figure, or is it the arrow for 29-94-132?). |
