Description | Representing standing human figure. Back unshaped. Front: arms close to body, only seperated at hands whcih look like flippers. Legs completely unseperated, feet only suggested. Bird-like appearance to head. Pointed slit with encircling black line for mouth. Eyebrow: black lines loop down to indicate nose. Eyes disproportionately large -- painted not carved. Horizontal black lines decorate legs, arms, trunk. |
