| Description | Broad head with edge projecting in a point farthest from handle; much longer and thinner point in opposite side; blade has decided concave cutting edge; handle fairly long with projection (thumb hold) on one side; tang inserted into wooden handle strengthened at insertion with iron ferrule. |
