Warp: \ wool; yellow

Weft: \ wool; yellow, ud. Loops: wool; yellow.

Technique: \ 2-1 weft twill with long knotted wool loops. Ud wool bands near end.

This is probably a "paenula" - a cloak worn by the Roman army.
