Description | Red polished clay, decorated with black and white glaze. Male figure sitting with knees up and arms wrapped around knees. A crooked black line is painted down the calf of each leg. A shawl is draped over the shoulders and covers the arms and knees. Eyes and mouth painted; nose long and protruding. Wearing a black-glazed earring on each head. Hair is unglazed and scored for texture. |
