Description

Plaid sarong (tembe paleka). Coarse cotton (kafa galia), woven using a warp comb (cau). Black from local indigo. Commercial rose, green, orange dyes. Machine sewn. Made in 1983, Rasa To'i hamlet. Black with light green, white, brownish unbalanced plaid. Back panel and border stripes orange. On the panel, white, orange, green letters: AMINAH (N reversed).
