Coarsely woven with a few blue embroidery stitches at one end

Small rectangular plain weave cotton cloth. Coarsely woven. All selvages present. "Miniature". Embroidered in rows with blue yarns at one end. Measurement does not include tie. Color(s): Blue and white.
