Description | Face frontal, strong features. Wearing tall pointed cap, the point forward. Cap covers head completely except for ears and front part of hair over forehead and down sides of face. Hair is crimped. Preserved to base of neck where there is a finished edge in front. Sides of neck and nape are missing; otherwise intact. Surface brown, no traces of paint. Heavy architectural clay, dark grey at break, with inclusions. |
