Description | Broad striped-black, brown and yellow. Needle knitted edge along sides and across top; superimposed border across top except on corner spaces left for drawing cord, round braided Plain weave wool pouch with vertical stripes in brown, tan, and yellow. The pouch is made from a piece of textile folded halfway along the warp and bound along the selvedges with a "needle knitted" chevron patterned edging in tan and brown. The warp ends on either side of the opening are edged with the chevron patterned binding that has slits at regular intervals between the pouch and edge, possibly for a draw string. There is also a "needle knitted" strap with a chevron pattern in brown and tan. Color(s): brown, tan. |
