Description | Original: Flint flake - Crude and irregular in shape. Fractured alomst exclusively by frost. Slightly worn. Edges show traces of utilization, some of which are psterior to frost fractures. Mostly of tan colored patination with pinkish tinge but grading into greenish-yellow and orange patination. Somewhat lustered. A few reddish sands adhering. North France (?St. Acheul, 40 metre terrace). Clactonian I? See note on EU 1748 a card. |
