Description

Bronze. Left arm broken off. Object in right hand appears to be broken off. Head dress fits tightly over head like skull cap over headdress of leather or of cloth which falls behind ears until it rests on shoulders. Represents school of Early Roman or Latin bronze cast. One of the finest early Italian bronzes known.
