Description | Grey, fine-grained rock with concoidal fracture (chert or volcanic origin). Artifact is lanceolate in shape. Base is in form of blunt point. All flake scars are driven off from edges rather than from base. Edges of tang element appear straight. Tang-tip junction is unknown. Flake scars are parallel to one another and are diagonal to edges; they meet on longitudinal axis and form slight ridge at junction. Artifact is broken perpendicular to longitudinal axis on tang element. |
