Description | Lo-chu. One of two rattles used by children. Papier-mache over bamboo frame tied together for rattle. Roundish, twelve sections painted alternately red and greenish gold. Bands of gold, green, red and off white around top and where attached to bamboo handle. Handle painted blue green. Paint chipped and rattle body smashed. |
