Description | This vessel has a flaring rim on a long, narrow and flaring neck. It is basically grey with brown fire-clouds. One vertical handle runs from the upper neck to the upper shoulder. The body shows vertical burnishing strokes on the exterior, with horizontal burnishing at the rim and waist. The body is globular. Two sets of two lines of incised v's in continuous rows encircle the neck's base. This decoration is very sloppily done and sometimes the rows overlap. The base is flat. |
