Description | Intact save for minor chips of lip. Highly polished very hard black stone with some flecks of light green. Flat bottom. Single curve of profile from lip to bottom. Greatest circumference a bit below middle at level of lower handle attachment. Upper part concave in profile. Vertical handle, with small thumb rest, attached above just below lip. Incised decoration: line of upside down egg and dart just above level of lower attachment and two triangular arrangements widely spaced. |
