Description | Red ware jar with many grey or blackened areas; slightly flaring rim on tall, wide neck; single vertical strap handle from upper neck to upper shoulder; very low carinated waist; concave disc base. Possible vertical burnishing on neck and possible remnants of pattern burnished cross-hatching on body? One side of pot is a big pitted area. |
