Description | Wooden Katsina doll. The face is painted green (now faded). A black line divides the face into a left and right half. Flower blossoms are painted in place of ears on either side of the head. The body is painted white and red. All paint is badly worn on this figure. This figure may be a Rattle (Ai or Aya) Katsina or the Sunset Crater (Kana-a) Katsina. |
