Section of a haiti. Red cotton cloth, appliqued decoration: Arabic inscription ("Victory of God" - trans. Wm. Farrell), and eightlobed medallion with four salient palmettes and elaborated star centre; surrounded by four-flowered scroll. Colors: red, blue, tan, and green.
