Description | kelim weave. Stylized bird and fish design. Red, black, yellow, white and brown Fragment of a narrow tapestry weave band/border. Catalogue card identifies pattern as "stylized bird and fish design". Seems to have at least partial selvages and two partially "bound" ends. The outlining of the design is fine (single thread). Color(s): Black, tan (yellow?), white and red. |
