Description

Quiver made from sheep skin turned wool side in with cut fringe at the bottom. A reinforcing stick runs down the back and is held on with red flannel and thread. The opening of the quiver is lined with red and blue flannel. The fringe at the lower end has one side dyed red. A long strap is attached to the top of the quiver and has one side entirely covered with red flannel. The lower end of this strap has tinklers, fringe, and a single clipped feather. Two short straps across the upper and middle areas have blue and red flannel edging on one side and sheep fur on the other side, as well as fringe at the ends. Attached to bow case, 38014D.
