Description

A rectangular kilt painted with a snake design on a red background. The snake is black with a white border and has alternating sets of two parallel lines and birds feet in white. The bottom edge of the kilt below the snake has horizontal black and white bands. The upper third of the kilt is a strip of finer cloth dyed red attached to the rest of the kilt.
