Narrow-necked jar/bottle with an ovate body, flaring neck, rounded rim, no handles, and a flat base. The vessel has a modeled face on the neck and a modeled lizard on the front of the body. The body of the pot is painted with a band around the shoulder with a stylized double sided animal head design in white, black, and red. The face is also painted with black, white, and red. There appears to be a burnished finish on the exterior. The vessel was likely fired in an oxidizing atmosphere as the ceramic paste is orange in color.
