Description

Puppet of same type as 85-1-22. Dark red face and neck, round black eyes, gold teeth. Black hair curving up in back, tall headdress with crown, ear ornaments, triple knob on top. Hands down, flat, red. Black tunic with broad orange and white band down front, bars and buttons painted on in gold. Narrow orange andw hite bands at wrists. Spirals of beads at sides of front. Orange and pink yarn rosettes at shoulders, String of beads around neck and attached to waist at left side. Broad pink sash with green leaves, black belt with gold buckle. Numeral 2 on back of tunic. Batik skirt, open at back; cream/dark blue/light brown in diagonal patterned stripes. Unidentified male character; high ranking noble or king. Panji legend?
