Votive hand towel (Hônô tenugui). Blue background with blue and white rectangles. Japanese characters say Yato Mae, Gen Hashimoto, San Hashimoto (names). Label reads: "Kameido temple, Tokio. A stone tortoise is seated on the cistern, or well."
