Description

Ends of brown and white loose weave in stepped arrangement with kelim slits. Fragmented.

A long rectangular woven band. The catalogue card identifies it as a "forehead band". The ends are woven in a very loose "tapestry weave" and are separated into four tabs with fringe. The middle section is a plain weave. Color(s): Brown, white and gray.
