Description

Flat rectangular shield. Holes pierced very near edges at sides, about three fifths of way up from bottom, with piece of peel knotted through. Small projection at top, with small hole one side. Carved and painted curvilinear abstract designs, made up of raised ridges colored black, with red and white in between: the effect is of a red design, outlined in black, on a white background. Small bit out of edge, one side.
