Description | Thin, constricted disk base; ovoid body; articulated cylindrical neck; trefoil mouth; strap handle from mid shoulder to top of lip. Broad glaze bands: one at lower body; one on lid-lower wall; one just below level of lower attahcment of handle. Between the upper two is a group of three glazed lines. Continuous tongue pattern in handle zone. On neck are three groups of superimposed wavy lines. Mouth glazed solid. Intact. |
