Description

US Army sword belt with pouch. Leather belt with white decorative stitching. Rectangular silver on gold brassl buckle with eagle holding olive leaves and arrows, laurel (?) leaves flanking, banner with E PLURIBUS UNUM and 12 stars overhead. Buckle used by US (Union) army enlisted and officers beginning in 1851 under general order #31. Round medallion pouch with flower in white stitching.
