An animal hide carrying strap is attached to the front of the box. The base is made from multiple planks of wood and extends slightly beyond the side walls. The lid is also made from multiple plants and also extends just beyond the sides of the box. Many of the surfaces have dark discoloration all over, which could be from black pigment.
